We’re confident you’ll love your JIT Essentials products — but if something’s not working for you, we’ve got your back.

Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or refund.

To be eligible:

-Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

-All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.

To get started, email us at support@jitessentials.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll send a return shipping label (U.S. orders only) and full instructions.

Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.


International Orders

At this time, return labels are only provided for U.S. orders. If you're outside the U.S., you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.


Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right.


Exchanges

Need something else? The quickest way is to return your original item, then place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If so, your original payment method will be refunded within 3–7 business days.

Keep in mind, it may take a few days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
